Author Patricia Masters will be in attendance at a special book signing event on Sunday, March 11 for her new book, Searching for Mary Foster.

The event begins at noon in Pacific Buddhist Academy’s new classroom building, which shares a temple campus with Hawaii Betsuin. The address is 1754 Lusitana St, Honolulu, HI 96813 (see map).

Mary Foster was a nineteenth-century Native Hawaiian Buddhist, philanthropist, and social activist whose history intertwines with that of Honpa Hongwanji in Hawaii.

Books will be available at the event for a $15 donation.
