Buddha Fest 2017 continues the theme of reflecting on the power of the Dharma to transform society and the world. In this year’s program we will consider how a spiritual life, grounded in Buddhism – particularly Shin Buddhist teachings – can help us make sense of the confusing world we live in today. Our speaker will be Rev. William Masuda, currently the Minister of Makawao Hongwanji Mission. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Event donation is $10 and includes lunch after the program. Pre-register with the temple office by September 8. The morning of the event, registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
