About the Speaker and Seminar

Buddhist teacher and best-selling author of “No-Nonsense Buddhism for Beginners,” Noah Rasheta hosts the Secular Buddhism podcast, which has reached millions with its accessible, practical take on Buddhist philosophy. Known for saying, “Don’t use what you learn from Buddhism to be a Buddhist; use it to be a better whatever-youalready- are,” he helps people embrace mindfulness as a way to befriend who they already are. He’s shared his teachings with global audiences—including Apple®, PwC, and YPO—bringing humor, humility, and practical wisdom to every talk. He lives in Kamas, Utah, with his wife and three children.
