How and why do Buddhists get engaged with social issues in their communities and the wider society? What resources are found in the Jodo Shinshu Buddhist tradition for tackling the challenges of our times? What are some inspiring examples of Buddhists making a positive impact on the world in Hawai’i and beyond?
