Pacific Buddhist Academy (PBA) will host its 20th Annual Taiko Festival — "Okagesamade" — at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 15 at the Moanalua Performing Arts Center!

Pacific Buddhist Academy’s 20th Annual Taiko Festival celebrates the theme Okagesamade, expressing humble gratitude. The event features the student taiko ensemble Hyaku Sen Ki Kai led by taiko sensei Jay Toyofuku.

The performance will also include an all-school presentation of Soran Bushi, a traditional Japanese fisherman’s dance that symbolizes strength and unity, along with a special all-alumni piece performed in honor of the festival’s 20th year.
